No, I don't sleep in my classroom

Quickly, because I have only 4 minutes to type if I want to not fail on my resolution of blogging every day.

Faster ... 3 minutes left.

I always think it's funny when I run into a student of mine out in the "real world". They are always amazed that I would be out eating at a restaurant, shopping or running errands. I think they really think that we sleep in our rooms and make our own meals out of the cafeteria.

2 minutes ...

Tonight at dinner I saw a student of mine who was out eating with his family and a friend and his family. Very funny to see their reaction to me being in the real world. No matter how much that student talks in my classroom, they always clam up and don't have a thing to say at all in the "real world".

Just thought I'd share.

1 minute ... woo hoo!

We logged in at 12:04 during a lull in the scrapbooking and were very proud to see you made your goal for the day!

Missed you!

I totally thought the same thing too when I was a wee little student! I also thought it was weird when they got a laser disc player at school and it was a pannasonic. I don't know why. I think I was just used to projectors that you'd never heard of.
